These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between The Cadillac Chauffeur (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”) for the hire of our Cadillac vehicles. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit (amount agreed at the time of booking).

The balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the hire date.

2. Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).

Deposits are non-refundable.
-
If you cancel within 14 days of the hire date, the full balance will still be payable.

If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. mechanical failure, extreme weather), we will refund all payments made but accept no further liability.

3. Vehicle Use

All vehicles are chauffeur-driven; self-drive is not permitted.

No food, drink, or smoking/vaping is allowed inside the vehicles.

We take great care to ensure vehicles arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle.

4. Timings

Please ensure accurate timings are given at the time of booking.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Liability
-
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays or events outside our control.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the booking.

6. Photography & Marketing
-
We may take photographs of our vehicles at your event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for images to be used, please let us know in writing before the hire date.

7. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
