At The Cadillac Chauffeur, we strive to provide a professional and reliable service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our Cadillac hire services.

1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your booking and prevent us from taking other reservations for that date.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the hire date, any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of the hire date, the full balance remains payable and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations by Us

  • In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. mechanical failure, extreme weather, driver illness), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

  • We will not be responsible for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
